In the production of the City of Knives soundtrack, Kasket composed 20 original works of music across a broad range of genres and styles, as well as reimagining Giovanni Pergolesi’s Stabat Mater, using digital synthesisers and electronic production to reimagine the past in a modern light, as did Ashencaen in his writing of the Macbeth inspired crime-drama. The digital symphony orchestra that Kasket programmed, instrument by instrument, became the foundation and sound of the production as a whole.
